The hotel staff was very attentive and accommodating. the room was super clean and cozy. its location is convenient with a metro station within walking distance, and a new sports park provides events. the service was superb. The location was great, and the price was reasonable.
the beds are hard! i think i only managed to sleep because i was so tired from travelling and busy days.

the location provide easy access to transport links with a bus stop nearby. the rooms offered ample space and included a good storage. the pool area featured good opening times. i receive friendly and knowledgeable help from all staff.
there was a slight cigarette smell, though i requested a non smoking room.

The room provided plenty of space to relax and unwind. It had a quiet charm. the courtesy bus service was readily available and a convenient way to travel. the team were helpful. They ensured i had all the essential hair products and hand wash readily available.
the gym's equipment felt a little dated.

the room was quiet and dry. i appreciated the good service. the hotel location was excellent, a short walk from the mtr station. the strong wifi was also a plus for planning my outings. the hotel offered many eateries within a five-minute walk.
the hotel lacked bottled water in the room. it was a small inconvenience.

the location had multiple bus stops close to the hotel. i used the hotel shuttle to visit several places. housekeeping was courteous and the daily cleaning was meticulous. the reception staff were very friendly and helpful.
the gym did not have a water refilling station.
